Ticket holder information
Individual session ticket holders for the canceled April 5 night session may request a ticket exchange or refund.
Your ticket can be exchanged for any general admission ticket at a future 2022 Credit One Charleston Open session. Please visit Guest Services, located outside of the venue’s front gate, to receive your new ticket.
Should you prefer a refund, you will receive a follow-up email from your point of purchase with information on how to request one. Please note that this email may take several days to receive.
This exchange and refund policy only applies to individual session ticket holders who purchased directly through Ticketmaster, the Credit One Charleston Open website or in person from Guest Services.
