As a result of the ‘Wednesday, April 3 – Session 7 – Day’ cancellation, we are extending the opportunity for all single session ticket holders who purchased Session 7 tickets directly through Ticketmaster to exchange all tickets within their order for an equal number of General Admission (300-level) tickets to Sessions 9, 10, 11 or 12 and to attend the Wednesday night session (Session 8) as a General Admission ticket holder.

Ticket exchanges for more than one session, or for Sessions 13 or 14 are not available.

We are no longer accepting online ticket exchange requests. To request and process a Session 7 ticket exchange for Sessions 11 or 12, please visit the box office on-site.

What is your rain policy?

The following policy applies to individual session tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster or in person at the Box Office (and not via ticket auction, exchange, resale, or other secondary ticket outlet). This policy does not apply to weeklong ticket packages, mini packages (Intro, Finale, and Champions), Daily Doubles, or any tickets issued on a complimentary or trade basis. If a session is canceled and no matches are completed, Tournament management will make every effort to reasonably accommodate the individual session ticket holder on a subsequent session, if held. The Credit One Charleston Open cannot guarantee ticket availability, exchange of equal value or comparable seat location. There will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS. If one match is completed on Stadium Court, a session is considered complete, and no exchanges or refunds will be made. In addition, patrons are advised that the Credit One Charleston Open schedule of play is subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange due to one or more changes in the schedule of play. How do I request a ticket exchange?

To request a ticket exchange of Session 7 for Sessions 9, 10, 11, or 12 please visit the box office on-site.

What type of tickets will I receive in exchange for my canceled Session 7 (Wednesday, April 3 - Day) tickets?

No matter your Session 7 ticket type or seat location, all exchanges will be for General Admission (300-level) tickets.

General Admission tickets provide access to 300-level seating in Credit One Stadium on a first-come, first-served basis, plus the full tournament grounds.

I have four total Session 7 (Wednesday, April 3 - Day) tickets. Can I exchange two for Session 9 and two for Session 10?

No. All tickets within an order may only be exchanged for the same number of tickets to one of the sessions outlined above. Ticket exchanges for more than one session, or for Sessions 13 or 14 are not available.

I purchased a Wednesday, April 3 Daily Double ticket package. Can I exchange my day ticket for a later session?

No. Our rain policy does not apply to Weeklong or Mini Ticket Packages (Intro, Finale and Champions), Daily Doubles, or any tickets issued on a Complimentary or Trade basis.

I purchased an Intro ticket package which included tickets for Session 7 (Wednesday, April 3 - Day). Can I exchange my day ticket for a later session?

No. Our rain policy does not apply to weeklong or mini ticket packages (Intro, Finale and Champions), Daily Doubles, or any tickets issued on a Complimentary or Trade basis.

When will I know that my ticket exchange request has been processed?

Within 24 hours, our team will process your exchange and 300-Level, General Admission ticket(s) for the selected session will be added to your Ticketmaster account.

Please note that we cannot issue an automated ticket delivery notice when an exchange is completed, so we encourage you to monitor your account periodically during the hours after form submission.

If you have submitted the form and do not see new tickets in your Ticketmaster Account by the time of your new session, please visit the on-site Box Office and a member of our team will be happy to assist.
