Tournament Policies
To provide a safe environment for all, we ask that guests abide by and follow our Tournament Policies.
The following items are prohibited from the Grounds:
Visitors in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry or ejected from the Grounds.
Approved bags are depicted below. All other bags and backpacks are prohibited
The following policy applies to individual session tickets purchased directly (and not via ticket auction, exchange, resale, or other secondary ticket outlet) through Ticketmaster, CreditOneCharlestonOpen.com or in person at the Box Office located at the main entrance. Please note that this policy does not apply to weeklong subscriptions, Mini Packages (Intro, Finale and Champs), Daily Doubles, or any tickets issued on a Complimentary or Trade basis. If a session is canceled and no matches are completed, Tournament management will make every effort to reasonably accommodate the individual session ticket holder on a subsequent session, if held. The Credit One Charleston Open cannot guarantee ticket availability, exchange of equal value or comparable seat location. There will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS. If one match is completed on Stadium Court, a session is considered complete, and no exchanges or refunds will be made. In addition, patrons are advised that the Credit One Charleston Open schedule of play is subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange due to one or more changes in the schedule of play. Please note: information on scheduling changes can be obtained by visiting our website’s homepage or via the Credit One Stadium app.
We have a variety of choices for your dining pleasure. With the exception of one unopened bottle of water no larger than 20 oz.per person, no food or beverage will be admitted into the event.
Refillable and other metal or glass water bottles are prohibited.
NO GLASS bottles or containers are allowed to be brought onto the property.
No alcohol may be brought onto the property.
No weapons may be brought onto the property.
No illegal substance(s) may be brought onto the property.
Prohibited items that are discovered during inspections must either be returned to their owner’s vehicle/transportation or discarded. The Credit One Charleston Open will not provide a storage area for these items. Guests arriving by public transportation must take particular caution not to bring any prohibited items as no exceptions will be made.
Bike racks are located near the front gate at the entrance to the stadium. The tournament is not responsible for damage or theft.
No flash photography is allowed. Cameras are prohibited for any purpose other than using photographs for personal and private domestic use. Such photographs cannot be exploited or displayed in any manner or in any medium whatsoever without the express written consent of the WTA.
Removable or detachable camera lenses are prohibited.
No laptops or tablets may be brought onto the property.
Camcorders are allowed as long as the equipment is not a hindrance to surrounding spectators. Film may not be reproduced. Camcorders and cameras are prohibited for any purpose other than recording of footage or photographs for personal and private domestic use only. Such footage or photographs cannot be exploited or displayed in any manner or in any medium whatsoever without the express written consent from the WTA.
Cell phones ARE NOT allowed to be used near matches in progress. Please turn off all cell phones when entering courts and the stadium to watch matches.
Call our box office at (843) 856-7900, purchase via Ticketmaster, www.ticketmaster.com. We will have a Box Office on-site during the tournament and will be able to process sales. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Children two years of age and younger do not require a ticket to enter the facility as long as they can sit on your lap. Children 16 and under are admitted free with a grounds pass, with the purchase of an adult ticket.
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Children 2 years and younger are permitted on-site without a ticket. The child must be able to sit on the parent’s lap the entire time.
Juniors (16 and under) can receive free general admission tickets all week with an accompanying adult. All free general admission junior tickets can be obtained at the box office on-site on the day of attendance.

Patrons who would like to leave and return will need to have their hand stamped or ticket exit scanned upon departure and present their ticket and stamped hand when they re-enter.
Credit One Stadium is ADA Accessible. Each is ADA seat is pre-assigned and must be selected at the time of purchase. Access ramps are located on the north and east sides of the stadium.
Handicap parking is available by presenting your state-issued license plate or hangtag to parking attendants when you arrive on Daniel Island. Parking attendants will direct you.
On occasion, threatening weather may force us to clear the Grandstand seating in the stadium. We ask for your prompt cooperation should you hear an announcement pertaining to threatening weather.
Please keep in mind that match times are subject to change due to weather, television coverage, or other delays. Our match schedule is posted in the Order of Play tab the evening before a day session.

Golf carts are allowed but are subject to all parking regulations and parking passes. The tournament is not responsible for damage or theft.
Lost and Found is located at Guest Services. The Credit One Charleston Open, its owner and the owner’s affiliates, agents and employees are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Please bring lost children to Guest Services. If you’re looking for a lost child, please go to Guest Services.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception for service animals.
First aid is located outside of Play Court 3.
The Credit One Charleston Open is hosted on a non-smoking facility.
Umbrellas may be used on the grounds, but not within the stadium or any match court where it can be a hindrance to other spectators.
Stadium – Spectator movement is restricted to breaks in play only (i.e. change over, set break, and between matches).
