Drawing on years of experience at Charleston’s top kitchens and a dedication to local ingredients, Chef Stanhope has curated a menu for the Charleston Open that celebrates the heart of the Lowcountry. Guests can enjoy shareable plates, classic seafood, raw bar offerings and composed dishes crafted from seasonal ingredients.
Every bite reflects Stanhope’s elevated take on Southern cuisine, bringing the flavors of the coast right to the baseline.
