Theo Copanezos

Chef Theo, a 2012 graduate of Johnson and Wales Charlotte, brings 15 years of culinary expertise to Credit One Stadium. His career began at the U.S. National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, an Olympic training site for whitewater rafting, before joining the Charlotte Knights for their inaugural 2014 season. From 2015 to 2022, Theo served as the lead chef for Wake Forest University football games and played a key role in kitchen production at the Greensboro Coliseum for the ACC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments, becoming Executive Chef in 2019. Elevated to Executive Chef at Fayetteville’s Crown Complex at just 25, Theo’s experience spans multiple sports venues. Since joining Credit One Stadium in February 2023, he’s been redefining stadium cuisine with innovation and creativity, enhancing every fan’s dining experience.
