Tickets can be purchased on our website, or on Ticketmaster.com.
Tickets can also be purchased over the phone at 843-856-7900.
Seating maps can be seen by selecting any package on our website, or on Ticketmaster.com. You will then be directed to a live seating map that shows all current inventory.
Tournament Packages – If you purchased any tournament package, you can access and manage your tickets through Account Manager. To view Account Manager, please click here.
Single Session Tickets – If you purchased single session tickets on Ticketmaster.com, access is available directly through the Ticketmaster App or Mobile Website. To learn more, please click here.
Yes, seats/tickets in Credit One Stadium include access to all outside match courts and select practice courts. Seating around outside courts is first come, first serve.
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Monday through Friday, we have both day session matches and night session matches taking place in Credit One Stadium. You are required to have a separate ticket for each session. We do offer discounted Daily Double Tickets that can be purchased online on the single sessions page.
A Daily Double ticket is a discounted package that offers a reserved seat for both the day session and night session in Credit One Stadium. This is a great option for fans who wish to spend a full day at the Credit One Charleston Open!
Seats located in the premium or reserved terrace levels are fold-down stadium chairs with seat backs. The General Admission level seats are bleacher-style.
The shadier side of the stadium is typically the west sideline.
The umpire’s chair is located on the west side of the stadium.
Premium-level tickets are only sold as Tournament Long Ticket Packages. Pending available inventory, packages can be purchased here.
Children 2 years and younger are permitted on-site without a ticket. The child must be able to sit on the parent’s lap the entire time.
Juniors (16 and under) can receive free general admission tickets all week with an accompanying adult. All free general admission junior tickets can be obtained at the box office on-site on the day of attendance and will be available regardless of sell-out.
We have three different levels of seating in the stadium.
Our 100 level is our Premium Seating level with reserved seats.
Our 200 level is our Terrace level with reserved seats.
Our 300 level is our General Admission level with first-come, first-serve seating. General Admission seating is not currently available.
